After an initial, free, no obligation 30-minute session, you decide whether you wish to proceed and, if so, we will set up regular sessions, during which I will help you to:
Clarify what you want in your life and where you want to be. What changes do you want to make? Do you want to change career, improve your relationships, pursue a new interest, or generally live a life that feels more in tune with who you truly are?
Assess your current situation. Where are you now?
Review your options. What steps could you take to move from where you are now to where you would like to be? What skills and resources are available to help you achieve your goals?
Create your action plan. Where and when will you start? What steps do you want to take? Do you need to learn new skills or develop new resources?
Maintain motivation and commitment. How will you stay on track? How can you monitor and review your progress? What can you do if you suffer a setback?
